I’ve been an LA Metro user since my first flight to Los Angeles back in early 2000s. That experienced served to confirm the cliche: LA Public Transit sucks.
A decade later and their $8 billion budget hasn’t seemed to fix much. There are lots of reasons for this but ultimately nothing ever gets fixed without shining a light on it.
